Thank you for shopping with Aetheal by Seagull Healthcorp . We strive to provide you with the best quality products and service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product meets the following conditions:
• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact and not damaged.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized or personalized products (such as items with your name, logo, or any special design).
• Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us during delivery.
• Products returned without their original packaging or missing tags/accessories.
Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and its packaging for verification.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photographs of the product and packaging to saurabh@seagullhealth.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the eligible item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Important Notes
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
